Paragon Medsystems was founded in 1998 by a group of seasoned medical device professionals dedicated to creating a world-class resource for turnkey development and manufacturing of medical devices. In addition to our over fifty full-time employees, we maintain an active affiliation with more than 100 independent contractors. Our 20,000 square-foot building houses secure and private development laboratories and a fully-integrated manufacturing facility. Paragon is FDA QSR compliant, ISO 13485 certified and licensed by the State of California.

We typically structure development projects on a time & materials basis, except in certain circumstances when a fixed-cost structure is more appropriate. All intellectual property generated during a project is assigned to the sponsoring client, and clients always retain ownership of all source documentation.
