Manufacturing

We manufacture in three locations.  Pilot production and low-volume manufacturing is done in our San Diego facility.  For medium-volume production, we can shift the project to our Mexican affiliate, which is just forty-five minutes south of us.  For high-volume projects, we can manufacture in our China affiliate.  This three-tiered structure enables us to provide quick-turn pilot production with support from high-level engineering resources, and then transfer to lower-cost manufacturing as volumes ramp up.  All three locations are ISO certified and FDA/QSR compliant. 

Service

Our in-house service department handles warranty repairs, periodic maintenance and refurbishment.  Products can be directly shipped to us from your end-users, since we have decontamination capability.  We can set up a loaner program for you, so your customers have no down-time.  Field service repair is also provided as needed for equipment which is difficult to ship.
